Trust me, I get it.

When you’re already in pain and  exhausted from long work days, family demands and physical stress or injury, it’s tough trying to cram in 5-6 gym nights a week lifting like a bodybuilder. Maybe you’ve tried, only to end up with more problems or just less than satisfactory results. It might feel like your body is failing you, or perhaps you feel like you are failing your body.

Either way, no one wants to feel less than their best at any stage of life.

The good news is, I have created a system that will let you thrive again, without breaking yourself down with overly strenuous workouts and lack of rest.

Let me explain where I'm coming from.

I didn’t come up with my unique fitness approach to gain a marketing angle. Instead, my training and nutrition method was born but out of personal necessity. 












































You see, this body has been through a
lot more than meets the eye today.

If you don’t already know my story, I once suffered one of the most devastating injuries in the history of professional bodybuilding. In 2002, during a shoot for FLEX magazine and at the top of my career, 
the worst possible scenario took place. I was on my way up from my last squat set, when my legs suddenly crumbled underneath 675 pounds of iron.

After being left with multiple severe quad tears and a knee tear, I had a very long way of recovery in front of me. Forced to put lifting on the backburner and focus on healing, I quickly lost my gains and piled on the fat cells. Before long, I was light years away from my bodybuilding prime and former Mr. 
Universe title. After two decades in the game, my bodybuilding career was over in a split second.

I’m not telling you this to downplay  the size of your struggle, but to emphasize that I’ve been there.

More importantly, I’m saying it to prove the following point that YES, it is possible to overcome injury and get in shape regardless of age. I know it's hard placing your health and body in the hands of someone else, but rest assured... If anyone understand exactly what you're going through, it's this guy. 

I know my method works, because i have actually walked the talk myself.

ABOUT JEAN-PIERRE FUX

A world-renowned competitive bodybuilder with the former title Mr. Universe Olympia, Jean-Pierre Fux has been in the industry since the golden  Arnold era.

With more nearly 40 years as a coach under my belt, I began training clients as early as 1983. Back then, I was a 15 year old kid who had just fallen in love with the world of weight lifting. 

One day, a local gym owner asked me to demonstrate the machines to customers. It fit me like a glove, and soon I was showing the ropes to both world class athletes and countless regular men and women looking to get in shape. My notion that fitness is possible regardless of age is based in reality and experience---when i was volunteering at the Braille Institute in Cathedral City, my oldest client was 92 
years old!

Today, I have worked with more people  than I can possibly count.

Throughout the years, my profession has made me privy to witness incredible inner and outer client transformations, and I've successfully guided numerous astonishing journeys of remarkable
physical recovery besides my own. As a fitness coach, I am extremely passionate about helping everyone from seasoned athletes to complete beginners reach their personal fitness goals, while 
improving their health and overall wellbeing long-term.

Failure is not an option in my book, and  my goal is that all clients achieve a better version of themselves.

Alongside my personal training practice, I spend most of my time caring for abandoned and often wounded cats. I am a big animal lover and advocate, and working with my own cat rescue has given me yet another opportunity to witness the power of affection in terms of both physical and emotional healing.

MY FITNESS METHOD

Like my mentor Joe Weider always used to say, “Train smarter, not harder

I still go by that mantra today--in fact, I’ve built an entire fitness approach on those four words. Your body will change throughout life, that’s inevitable. The key is to support these changes by tuning in and adapting, including how often and the way you work out.

It’s absolutely possible to be fitter and stronger at nearly any age and circumstance, but you do need a more efficient strategy to achieve the same level of fitness as someone without your hurdles.

My motto is to guarantee each client achieves consistent, safe and structured gains.

I myself am walking proof that you can increase the rate of both muscle development and injury rehabilitation, with no more than four effective 45-minute sessions per week. The reality is that in your 
40s and 50s, you just can’t spend 2-3 hours a day pushing yourself to the brink and expect the same results you had when you were 25!

You can’t keep training 7 days a week indefinitely and think you’ll never experience a negative pushback from your body.

In the same way as the vast majority of serious injuries won’t magically resolve without rehab or medical treatment, you simply won’t be able to recover and heal from muscle breakdown if your program doesn’t include ample, strategic rest.

over the years demonstrate the powerful benefits of a blood type specific nutrition protocol.
